Cynthia G. Veneciano, Ph.D.
Principal

Dr. Cynthia G. Veneciano serves a unique role as both a jury consultant and in-court trial consultant.  In addition to conducting mock trial research, witness preparation and jury selection, Dr. Veneciano assists Trial Teams in developing their visual strategy for the courtroom presentation of evidence.  Concurrently, she monitors the success of both the presentation of exhibits and arguments, providing daily feedback to the Trial Team.  As both a jury and trial consultant, she brings a comprehensive perspective and understanding of both the jurors and the visual evidence of the case to pre-trial preparation and trial presentation.

Among Dr. Veneciano’s notable trials are series of highly successful trials for the County Sanitation District No. 14 of Los Angeles County; a “Testimony Verdict” in The People of the State of California, acting by and through the Department of Transportation v. Layton A. Dix, Trustee of the Layton A. Dix Living Trust; et al.; a first plaintiff’s jury verdict in a Trademark suit against an Unauthorized Theatrical production in Sheffield Enterprises, Inc. v. The Main Event, Inc. a.k.a. “Frank Sinatra Trademark Litigation”; a defense verdict in Wrongful Death matter: Ursula Karven and James Veres v. Tommy Lee, et al.; and a plaintiff verdict in Unfair Business Practices matter in PM Group, et al., v. Rod Stewart, et al.

Prior to joining Imaging Presentation Partners, Dr. Veneciano assisted attorneys with pre-trial preparation for one of the world’s leading Biotechnology firms.

Dr. Veneciano received her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of
Colorado, Boulder, where she studied with premier theorists and researchers in the psychology of Decision-Making and Persuasion.
