As a matter of budget consciousness and expediency for large court filings with multiple attachments, many filings are now being distributed electronically, with the E-Brief becoming the format of choice. Imaging Presentation Partners leverages its scanning, coding, and computer programming expertise to create tailor-made E-Briefs that are more functional, portable and (possibly) cost-effective than their traditional paper-based alternatives. Our
E-Briefs aggregate all relevant case materials (primary and secondary text sources, as well as all exhibits and audio/video designations) into a hyperlink search enabled, electronic “mini-site” that is optimized for user-intuitive navigation on a PC. The use of standard, portable electronic media (CD, DVD-R) facilitates universal accessibility, and ease of distribution.
